The main work of CECRA focuses on the future competition law framework applicable to the motor vehicle sector; following up the current automotive crisis, and seeking ways within the European Commission’s CARS21 group to overcome problems. Other topics of interest to CECRA are the car and tyre labelling, scrapping schemes, better regulation, Small Business Act, Euro 5 and VI, consumer protection package, car taxation, decopaint, eurodesign and many more.
